Sarah believes that everyone deserves a chance—to pause, reassess, and explore what feels true for them, and the autonomy to decide when, how, and if to act on what they discover.

Sarah supports individuals navigating addiction, as well as those impacted by a loved one’s substance use. Many clients arrive feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward. She creates a compassionate, non-judgmental space where people can pause, make sense of their experiences, and reconnect with what feels true for them. Together, the work focuses on building understanding, restoring a sense of control, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for each person.

Sarah specializes in addiction, including the underlying emotional, psychological, and life experiences that can contribute to substance use, and its impact on individuals and families. With a background in Social Justice, her approach is grounded in trauma-informed and CBT-informed care, supporting clients in understanding patterns, managing emotions, and improving overall quality of life through practical, evidence-based modalities.

With over seven years of experience in the mental health and addictions field, Sarah brings both knowledge and genuine care to her work. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time in nature, reading, playing video games, and tending to her own mental wellbeing and recovery.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, you’re not alone. Taking the first step can feel difficult, but it can also open the door to change. Sarah offers a supportive space to explore your experiences and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
