Whether you’re healing from a difficult relationship, struggling with self-doubt, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, Shae is here to support you with care, compassion, and intention.
Shae specializes in working with teens and adults who have experienced parental conflict, relational trauma, and narcissistic abuse. These experiences can leave deep emotional wounds and often show up in everyday life as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, or changes in how you relate to others. You might feel like you’re constantly walking on eggshells, unsure of your worth, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
Shae’s approach is holistic and trauma-informed, which means she works with the whole person and moves at your pace, with an emphasis on safety, trust, and confidentiality. She integrates gentle, supportive techniques such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work (helping you notice and release stress stored in the body), mindfulness, and DBT-based tools for managing overwhelming emotions and building healthier boundaries. You’ll be an active part of the process, with your voice, experiences, and goals guiding the work together.
Therapy with Shae isn’t one-size-fits-all. She offers a calm, non-judgmental space where you can unpack your experiences, reconnect with your inner voice, and begin to rebuild a strong sense of self. Her sessions are collaborative, honest, and focused on what you need, when you're ready.
Outdoor sessions are also available with a signed consent form, offering a different way to connect in a calming, natural environment.
No matter where you’re starting from, Shae is here to walk beside you while helping you make sense of what you’ve been through, rediscover who you are, and create a life that feels grounded, empowered, and truly yours.
Shae works with youth and adults aged 15+. She is available for in-person sessions in North Bay and virtually throughout Ontario.
