You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in painful patterns, or struggling to manage emotions, relationships, or life transitions. Perhaps your child is acting out, your teen is withdrawing, or less connected in your relationship. You may be carrying stress, trauma, or self-doubt. Whatever has brought you here, Hannah offers a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, you'll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change shaped around you, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Hannah supports children (10+), teens, adults, and couples. Her work includes ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, mood and personality disorders, grief, parenting challenges, life transitions, and family and relationship conflict. She draws on CBT, DBT-informed, ACT, solution-focused, psychodynamic, play-based, trauma-informed, and Gottman Method (couples) approaches, tailoring therapy to build resilience, emotional regulation, and healthier relationships.
Relationships can be our greatest source of support and, at times, our deepest source of pain. Whether you're caught in the same argument again and again, feeling more like roommates than partners, or recovering from a breach of trust, couples therapy offers a structured, balanced space to slow things down and understand what's happening between you.
Reaching out takes courage, and you don't have to do it alone. Healing begins with a conversation, and Hannah would be glad to be part of yours.
