Life can feel overwhelming, exhausting, or unmanageable. You may feel stuck in painful patterns, unsure why certain emotions keep resurfacing or affecting your relationships and self-worth. If you're longing for clarity, relief, and a deeper understanding of yourself, you're not alone. I work with individuals who want to move beyond survival mode, reduce shame, and build a more meaningful, connected life grounded in self-compassion and intention.
I use an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to your needs. Drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, person-centered, and solution-focused therapies, I support concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. My work is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, incorporating mindfulness throughout.
Seeking support can feel vulnerable, especially if you're used to handling things on your own. Therapy offers a space that is warm, reflective, and non-judgmental. If this resonates, I invite you to book a free 20-minute consultation so we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
