Gill believes that therapy should feel like a space where people are genuinely seen, heard, and supported through life’s more overwhelming moments. When emotions feel heavy or difficult experiences begin to impact daily life, having the right support can help create clarity, understanding, and meaningful change.
Gill supports children, youth, adults, and families. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. She creates a compassionate, trauma-informed space where clients can safely explore their experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools to support coping, healing, resilience, and long-term growth.
Gill specializes in emotional regulation, trauma, anxiety, family conflict, supporting folks through difficult life experiences and transitions, and more. Her approach is grounded in trauma-informed, strength-based, and anti-oppressive care, integrating CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and play-based approaches with children. Through therapy, Gill helps clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while building coping strategies that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life.
With nearly 10 years of experience in the Social Work field, Gill brings warmth, compassion, and authenticity to her work with clients. She believes that meaningful therapy is collaborative, individualized, and rooted in creating safety and trust within the therapeutic relationship.
