Adam creates a space where individuals can pause, make sense of their experiences, and begin moving toward a life that feels more grounded and intentional. Whether facing anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, or patterns that feel difficult to break, having someone to walk alongside you can make a meaningful difference.

Before becoming a therapist, Adam spent many years supporting youth and adults across community mental health, education, and residential treatment settings. Through this work, he developed a deep appreciation for the resilience people carry, even in the midst of complex and challenging circumstances.

Adam’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply attuned. One of his key strengths is his ability to sense and explore what may be happening beneath the surface. Many clients arrive with a feeling that something isn’t quite right but struggle to put it into words. Adam helps bring clarity to these experiences, gently guiding clients toward deeper understanding and supporting them in reconnecting with their own inner strengths. Together, the work focuses on exploring the patterns shaping emotions, behaviours, and relationships, while building a stronger sense of self-trust and belief.

His practice integrates a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, training for couple’s work, and trauma-informed care. His goal is to support clients in developing insight alongside practical tools to navigate life’s challenges and move toward lasting growth and change.
